Exceptions

3. III. The personal data is subject to a prior dissociation procedure;

6. VI. They are indispensable for medical care, prevention, diagnosis, the provision of healthcare, medical treatments or the management of healthcare services;
7. VII. A resolution from a competent authority is issued;
8. VIII. When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial process, and
9. IX. When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or compliance of a legal relationship between the responsible party and the owner.

Modifications

In the event that any modification to the provisions of this Privacy Notice is required, Stetic Dental Clinic undertakes to make known the changes that may be required, by any means, including electronic ones, with prior notice given to you so that you may state what is in your best interest, since if no express written refusal is received from you, or any response, it will be understood that you agree to the changes made.
